Infrastructure Ontario Announces New Transit-Oriented Community in Thorncliffe Park

Earlier this month, the Province announced five new Transit-Oriented Communities (TOCs) that will be built along the future Ontario Line subway, the largest of which will be located in Thorncliffe Park.

At this time, I have been advised that the proposed Thorncliffe Park TOC is in the very early stages and is currently under review by the City. Infrastructure Ontario is leading this initiative and plans to undertake public consultation with the local community in 2024.

To learn more about the proposed Thorncliffe Park TOC, please visit Infrastructure Ontario's website. You can also find more information about the Province's Transit Oriented Communities Program on their website.
